Terms and Conditions


You must read the Terms and Conditions carefully before making your reservation at Dolphinaris.

  • To prove your reservation, the holder of the credit or debit card must appear, presenting the same physical card with which the reservation was made and official photo identification.
  • The identifications accepted are ID, INE, Driver’s license, IMSS, Passport, and Professional Certificate.
  • Online reservations must be made at least one day in advance.
  • The total amount of your reservation will be charged to your card at the time of making your reservation.
  • Payments made with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards: The charge will be processed through the OPENPAY platform.
  • Charges will be in Mexican pesos (MXN). For foreign cards with payments in US dollars, the conversion will be made according to the exchange rate that your bank handles and will depend on your bank.
  • Your statement will reflect the charge under the name Dolphinaris.
  • To make any changes, please send your reservation confirmation number and the new date of your visit to the email: Dolphinaris email contact us Terms and Conditions and our reservations staff will contact you.

Changes or Cancellations

  • No refunds will be applied to reservations with any discount or promotion used, the reservation may be changed to any date during the following 6 months. 
  • A 10% penalty corresponding to administrative expenses will be applied to any refund that is appropriate according to the terms and conditions.
  • In case of not making the change or modification within the minimum term indicated, and if the guest has yet to make the redemption of the reservation, it will be considered a No Show, and the payment made will not be refundable.
  • Refunds will only be applied for advance reservations completed.
  • Any change or cancellation in the cases that are applicable must be requested by email to Dolphinaris email contact us Terms and Conditions at least 24 hours in advance of the initial date of the reservation, and our reservations staff will contact you or call our office reservations at the following numbers:

Weather Guarantee:

If you want to reschedule your dolphin swim just call us 24 hours in advance and we will reschedule your visit. And if it does not fit your vacation plan your reservation is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

No Shows:

We request our visitors to be at the location at least half an hour before the confirmed schedule for you dolphin swim. In case of no show the charged amount is not refundable.

Special Assistance

Dolphinaris does everything possible for our visitors with special needs are comfortable. However, you must contact our reservations staff before making your purchase, to explain the type of assistance required and ensure that these needs can be met.

 

Prevention measures about COVID-19

Dolphinaris has implemented the precautions and hygiene measures according to the prevention recommendations established by the Federal Government, the Ministry of Health and local authorities, however, it is important to consider that there is an inherent risk of exposure to the virus called COVID-19 in any public place. It should be noted that the COVID-19 virus is an extremely contagious disease that can cause serious illnesses including death, which is why, by visiting Dolphinaris, you voluntarily and tacitly assume all the risks related to exposure to the COVID virus- 19, defining Tagepa, SAPI. de C.V., and its holding companies and subsidiaries of any contagion liability.

We invite you to comply with the rules imposed within the park, otherwise, Dolphinaris reserves the right, without liability, to request the departure of the guest in order to prevail the health of our guests and collaborators.

Photos: We put at your disposal our professional photography service to treasure your magical memories.

-Individual Package: Includes 8 digital photographs and one of them printed.

-Group Package: Includes all individual photos and a printed group photo. Group package for up to 8 people per package

Cancellation policy:
Purchases made with promotions such as discounts or 3×2, are not subject to cancellation, changes of dates may be made or leave it open for 12 months.

Pregnant:
Without exception, pregnant women are not allowed to participate in swim programs.
